Beyond the Mind...
The difference between the intellectual mind, and beyond.
(Also, to get over that we have to 'put back' in order to stay in harmony
and balance.)
When something is written just from the mind it is obvious - to those who
are capable of seeing beyond the mind. To those who are not yet capable of
going beyond the conditioned mind, what is written from the intellect seems
interesting. If we are just operating from the mind we do not recognise what
is just from the mind. Tiddly Pom.
I usually let go of anything that is not flowing.
Feels like everything that isn't naturally in the flow is effort.
It seems to me that the very 'auditing' is actually the main message -
attempting to help people see the difference between the mind and 'beyond
the mind.' "The medium is the message."
And, not easy to show people they are stuck. Stuck people do not want to see
they are stuck. Rather than even consider the alternative, they want to pull
us into their stuckness.
Plus. stuck people are adamant about supporting stuck people.
Just watched a doco on Fanatics. Whew! Very well done. The English
interviewer was subtle, gentle, un-provocative, and attempting to help the
fanatic see their position. No way.
To anyone with any active intelligence, by even normal human standards, they
were all insane. Christians were one of the worst. Muslims the most
obviously violent. Jews equally so, but clever and more subtle. Hindus seem
to enjoy the violence. There is even a Buddhist movement that have active
terrorists!
Once again, how do you recognise that you are not stuck? You feel it inside.
Doesn't matter where you are on the awareness level, if you are moving, not
stuck, you feel great.
There is no argument, no fear, no againstness, not even a strong opinion.
If someone wants to see it their way, fine, and if they are ready to
consider another way of looking at things, another aspect, equally, fine.
It is gentle and light inside. It overflows with great-fullness.
Happy Holidays...
Just watched another doco on Savants. Amazing.
Science has no explanation for the unusual and astounding abilities of these
people. The most popular theory is not that they have more to their brain
than us, but less.
The part that is missing or underdeveloped allows the information to flow
through unhindered. So at one level we are all that capable.
-------------------------------
On a totally different level, I have often been asked how it its that I can
see things in people in the first few minutes that even their family and
closest friends have not noticed - until I point it out. Easy.
This is now supported by science.
When we look at a person we 'know' we do not actually see them in that very
moment. When we look in their direction the brain picks up the surface
information then accesses previous impressions. This saves the brain energy
by not having to process the information all over again. Same when we talk,
or act - we operate from the memory part of the brain. Very rarely do we
make creative statements or actions. Most people, most of the time are
closer to being automatons' than being human.
When Paul looks, he sees. Lots of practising.
He bypasses the old, and is present with the present.
Try it. really, really look at your friend.
At fist you see the old, then, the new. And then, deeper.
You can do this with yourself as well. Look into the mirror and cover one
eye. Then the other. See? Two different people. You will usually see in one
eye 'the pleaser' and in the other, fear.
With devoted practice you will start to see (and feel) 'deep' into people.
And in the process you will start to know yourself more deeply as well.
"Those that have eyes, let them see."
Happy seeing...
