A prevailing fixed belief and assumption in our world supposes that elected leaders should be men and women of integrity. This is problematic, because there is also a fixed assumption and belief amongst people of the world that politicians and those who seek high-office are, by definition - not to be trusted.

Another popular notion today suggests it is madness to speak out against authority and dangerous to enquire after truth - concerning our all-powerful ruling elites. A sobering point, considering they have co-opted the military, policing and secret intelligence apparatus (otherwise sworn on oath to serve in the interest of common people). But it is not THE point.

Where do we go then - from here?

Concern Number 1: It would behoove us to begin at the beginning - and in your case Sir, that would be the place and date of your birth. The long-form certificate of your ‘live birth’ remains outstanding. Other critical records not yet released include; passport, kindergarten, school, college, Columbia University, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School, Harvard Law Review articles, University of Chicago scholarly articles, Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records and schedules (we are informed that these are lost) and medical records. Rather a lot of records.

These basic evidences are par for the course in disclosure when you seek to command a trillion dollar war machinery and hold sway over the fate of all nations and people of the world. You would certainly agree with me, if this were a conversation taking place in your study as a scholar of constitutional law some years ago at Harvard. Why then are these essential documents not forthcoming? Why then are all enquiries ridiculed, side-stepped, maligned, ignored or met with threats to liberty?

Withholding ‘due-diligence’ is not necessarily the heart of the matter. But what ensues from the enquiry most certainly approaches it. To wit:

Former Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Army, Paul Vallely - currently serving as the Military Committee Chair Emeritus for the  Center for Security Policy think-tank in Washington, has raised serious ‘national security’ concerns. First amongst those concerns is his assertion that 100% of retired CIA agents and Investigators tell him that your ‘birth certificate’ is fraudulent. This is not a retired left-wing military apologist speaking - the organization he chairs is in fact shockingly hawkish, having amongst its award recipients figures like Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz and other unpardonable criminals. All the more believable therefore when an ex Vietnam veteran like Vallely tells the world about the certificate-fiction. He made the allegations on an interview through the Terry Lakin Action Fund radio show a few days ago in support of his former military colleague.

Who he?

For those who care about such details, Lt Col. Terrence Lakin is a highly decorated soldier who also appears to be a very decent chap. Most recently serving as Chief of Primary Care and Flight Surgeon for the Pentagon’s DiLorenzo Tricare Health Clinic, he was also charged with caring for Army Chief of Staff General Casey’s pilots and air crew. He asked his chain of command and Congressional delegation for proof that you, Barak Obama, are Constitutionally eligible to serve as his Commander-in-Chief. He explained to his superiors that he couldn’t understand how an Oath of Office to protect and defend the Constitution does not allow military officers to pursue such proof of eligibility. In response to this lawful enquiry he was court-martialed with 6 months in prison, suffered total forfeiture of all pay and allowances - and dismissed from the Service.

Assessment: So we are to learn from this, that an honest and decent enquiry after truth gets you put in prison in the United States. Even when you are a dedicated soldier, with multiple decorations for meritorious service to your nation. As Lakin says in summary to the monstrous injustice he continues to suffer: “The Constitution matters. The truth matters.”

Question: Mr. President, why do you not permit (nay demand) release of the lawfully sought proofs of eligibility for the office which you have taken on sacred oath, and why, in the absence thereof do you permit the travesty of justice against Lieutenant Colonel Terence Lakin without direct intervention? One of those souls you have sworn to protect and serve.

Concern Number 2: You appointed John P. Holdren as Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. He is also Co-Chair of your Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. Furthermore he has chaired the Committee on International Security and Arms Control - another one of those bleak and ominous Washington organizations which tell us bugger all on their website but leave us humans feeling distinctly uneasy about being on our own planet.

Mr. Holdren believes in proactive global depopulation. He believes in enforcing compulsory abortions. He believes in mass forced sterilization of Mothers by contaminating water and food supply. He believes in  abduction of children from single Mothers. He believes that young women should have sterilization capsules forcibly inserted into their bodies, which “might be removable” given “official permission” for limited births. He goes on to argue: “Individual rights must be balanced against the power of the government to control human reproduction”.

Assessment: Mr. John P Holdren is a disturbing, if not greatly disturbed human being, and poses a clear threat to humankind. The policy measures and intellectual orientations he has espoused (and failed to publicly renounce or disavow) are monstrous and indicative of a man without moral, ethical or spiritual dimension.

Question: Mr. President, why on earth would you appoint such a man as your chief science and technology authority?

Concern Number 3: Since March 9th 1933 your country has been in a state of declared national emergency. This is an unlawful scenario brought about by consecutive US Presidents who have chosen to repudiate the US Constitution. Their proclamations have given force to hundreds of provisions of Federal Law. What does this mean in plain English? It means that the noble US Constitution has been subverted by your office over the past eighty years. Via stealth it has robbed the American people of basic freedoms and liberties otherwise enshrined in ‘their’ constitution. It means that by continuing this unlawful tradition of claiming vast extraordinary powers, the President is no more than an imposter - guilty of treason against the people he pretends to serve.

In claiming these ‘powers’ by sleight of hand, your office has been able to carry out the poisonous agendas of dark men. Agendas rubber-stamped by the ‘rule of law’ (bullshit really, if you understand the difference between ‘statute’ and ‘law’, viz: statutory law is imposed by ruling elites in order to undermine common law - which belongs to the people) and they have been enforced by policing and military powers in turn steered away from service of humanity toward the service of ‘special interests’ instead. By ‘special interests’ is meant, without ambiguity, those corporate and masonic sponsors of the (real) seat of government. Criminal cartels of pharmaceutical, oil & gas interests, and other corporate vampires. All of this underpinned by a strategically engineered centralised secret society which operates at the supranational level - and apparently seeks systemic destruction of the entire human family - let alone the good people of America. This is a logical assertion when you consider that your office achieves nothing more than to fast-track a vertical rise in the global war-economy - augmenting such epic reptilian-brain orchestrations as protectionism, securitization, genocide, terrorism, surveillance, counter-surveillance,.... blah blah…

Proclamations issuing from your office have simply ensured the standardization of slavery across the globe. Proclamations are not ‘lawful’ - but merely public announcements wagged about by elected officials - but then, you would know that, as a scholar of law. Elected officials do not act in any sovereign capacity - they only serve commercial interests. Your high-office is the de facto clearing house for these corporate interests. Your office, in franchising that odious product you call ‘democracy’ - ensures that our judiciaries and legislatures are modes of commerce - relegated to refining the exquisite art of screwing the common man.

Assessment: The Head-of-State is effectively rendered ‘cashier-in-chief’ of an obsolete and entirely criminal construct of modern government, seeking only to enforce pathological thuggery - whilst degrading human existence by penalizing every man, woman and child for living, breathing and dying.

Question: Mr. President, why do you not end this pathological grotesquerie, this charade, and set in motion a single idea which people of the world will actually resonate with? Moreover, why do you not set in motion a trend of governance that actually seeks to elevate the people of the world and our planet? Surely, you would then live up to the expectation which billions of souls have been inclined to place in your person, as leader of the free-world. Surely, we, the common herd would then be inclined to enter an era of change with compassion and forgiveness in our hearts - and forego that trajectory of lawless rebellion and Ordo ab Chao being scripted right now by your shadowy patrons.

This matter should be taken gravely to heart by all incumbent leaders (and their patrons). It may have taken a little longer than intended to get over the initial marijuana induced hangover, but as the greatest poet alive (and arguably the worst guitarist) Bob Dylan has observed: “The times they are a-changing”.

To paraphrase the great sage Vimala Thankar: ‘at a time when the human species is practically on the edge of extinction - cooperation with the status-quo is tantamount to insanity’.

All your systems of global ‘governance’, franchised off the back of a four hundred year old Anglo-American nightmare (with the US acting as central command), are soon very likely to see their arsenals of legislation and technocratic tyranny snap like twigs beneath the stampede of an awakening humankind.

You will discover Sir, that many of us, the great unwashed, will sooner choose lawful rebellion over observing your notions of good citizenship. Be good to us.
