Thank you love.
Maybe you are younger and more alive as well?
Sherry, and a few others have written in this vain recently. (Thank you.)
From very early on, always predominantly experiencing love.
To me, although not easy at the moment, it is the natural state for this
level we are experiencing ourselves in. -Everything else is just a
covering.
And it is sad, and even painful, to see our fellow humans, our brothers
and sisters, not realising and living in this state, but in discomfort.
So the game is, how to share this state/perspective!
Answer: letting it be seen that we are in this state ourselves?
Just the openness and the availability.
To those of you who are not finding this state of love natural in every
moment, here are some suggestions to start experiencing it:
Disconnect from any negativity. Any. Not denying, not supporting, not
working on it - just disconnecting from the tempting addiction. Just do
not go there. Or judgements, criticising, anger, giving
advice-not-being-lived-by-yourself-in-that-very-moment, complaints,
superiority, thinking-you-know-best, and all that sort of thing.
Instead, look for the beauty in everyone one and everything.
(One day, ‘even’ the Cockroach, and the hairy Spider will be your friend -
especially when they’re outside of your food drawer.)
My guess - if not already, this state will be coming to a heart near you
very soon - yours.
