There is only now.
Any idea, of anything else - past and future - is just that - an idea.
There is only now. And now. And now.
(Eventually, you will find there isn’t a ‘now' either. Advanced Course.)
Some people are writing about experiences they are having -
new perspectives of what they used to assume was ‘reality.’
Just take it easy and let them happen -
don’t get attached to the new phenomenon either.
If we don’t hold, anything, including ideas of what is and what isn’t,
we will begin to realise that - the vail’s are thinning, and the mind is
losing its grip.
Suggestion.
Take some time out each day to just sit, and be open - for anything.
