Interesting experiences eh.
You mention that: "I chose you as a teacher “
I would like to suggest to you that , as far as I am concerned, you did
not chose me as a teacher - you chose your projection of me as your
teacher. So in a way, your projection was your teacher?
I am not anybodies teacher. Never have been, and as I see it right now,
never intend to be.
(And having said that, in another way, everybody, and everything, can be
everyones teacher.)
You ask about me. Interesting phenomenon emerges.
When attempting to reply, it seems there isn’t anyone substantial enough
to be substantial enough to give a substantial reply. It seems that, not
only is it not know who is there, it is not known who it is who does not
know who it is that does not know who it is. That sort of thing.
A few things that do seem to have been realised.
Sometimes, when some people want to be awake, and ‘can’t make it happen’
their mind produces a state that simulates being awake. Having read what
‘being awake’ is supposed to be like, they then simulate those states -
compassion, understanding, gentleness.
Trouble is, these states not being real, the real stuff builds up behind.
Usually anger. Lots of suppressed anger.
Difficulty with an angry person is, it is not very safe to tell them they
are angry. Not only are they in denial, when told, they tend to get more
angry. An angry person who is trying not to be angry is a formidable
phenomenon. So people tend to leave them alone and treat them the way they
want to be treated. Then even more anger builds up. So the only way to
share with them about their anger is to hint – and then stand back!
Another thing I have noticed. No matter what ‘level’ of consciousness is
realised, there always seems to be another level. What I see sometimes
happening is that when someone has a significant breakthrough, it is so
dramatic, and so different from the way they have been experiencing, they
tend to think they are as fully awake as it is possible to be.
I have no idea what ‘fully awake is’ and wonder if anyone, who is still in
a body (or out of it) does. I just know that, for me, different
realisations keep happening.
I have often wondered if Loa Tzu, or even more relevant, the mythical
Babaji, reached the 'ultimate state' – or even if there is an ultimate
state. If, as is said, there was no beginning, then there is no end. So
never knowing, not knowing becomes the usual state.
(And does it , or anything, really matter anyway!)
At a certain level I found that it is not possible to share with anyone
who thinks they know – anything. Having any sort of position, idea,
agreeing or disagreeing, let alone attempting to understand, is an
effective barrier to having any new realisation.
Meeting someone in this open state is very, very rare.
Although still in a clearing process, Dianne, just down the road, popped
into the state of being beyond no. As yet, not quite beyond yes as well –
and I can feel it coming. Neat. Very, very rare.
And again to share, some people are so keen to be in this state they
‘manufacturer’ it. (As I see, Dianne is not manufacturing it.)
There is a Sufi story about a man who, in order to attain enlightenment,
was into solving puzzles. He went to a famous Sufi Master and asked the master to give him a puzzle
that would help him realise. The master gave him a phrase to unscramble.
The disciple went away, and not wanting to be defeated, struggled, to no
avail, for years. So he went back to see the master. When he got to the ashram he was told
that the master had died. The disciple was very upset – at the thought he
would never have the answer to his puzzle.
On seeing his upset the new head of the ashram asked what the distress was
about. When the disciple told him, he said he could solve it for him:
The phrase is Parsi – Persian for: ‘This phrase has no meaning.’
Feeling cheated the disciple then got very angry and asked what the master
had done that for. The man said it was easy to explain. The master always
gives the level the seeker is ready for. He said:
“If you had been a donkey he would have given you a carrot."
I am finding that whatever has revealed itself is impossible to describe
– even to what I used to call ‘myself.’ There still seems to be something
that could be called a self, but it is so intertwined with absolutely
everything and everyone, no discernible separation is discernible.
And the overall ‘sensation’ that absolutely nothing matters is so, so
strong. A feeling of imperfect perfection, where nothing is more or less
significant than anything else.
Not even the smallest life form. Bless them all.
You say:
>stated that I wanted to finish waking up.
Referring to my experience, as above, I find this an interesting statement.
>Why, what they say and do, doesn't wake me up?
As I have shared so often - as I see it, everybody is exactly were they
want to be – wanting what they think they want, and not open to what they
really need. When somebody wants to be awake, without any conditions, they have the
realisation that they are already awake, always have been – and so is
everyone else.
>the parts where I have most people fooled
Again, in my experience, nobody ever fools anyone – who does not want to
be fooled. If they do not share what they are seeing it is because they are accepting
the others false behaviour so they can have their false behaviour accepted
as the truth. Or the other person is afraid to share. Or can’t be
bothered. If we want, we all see each other – very clearly.
> I recently watched a small part of Dianne's interview where she mentions
>keeping the parts of Dianne she likes and letting go of the other parts.
None of us can remember anything like that. Just the opposite in fact.
Suggest you watch again?
You mention about the way you see (judge?) Paul.
Again, in my experience, unless we are totally beyond any judgement -
especially of ourselves, what we think we are seeing as the other, is
usually a projection of ourselves. So - useful.
I sometimes suggest to some people that they read through their emails
after they have been sent - to check out the tone/frequency/vibration.
Amazing what can come through sometimes.
Un-seriously - me...

Not sure, but i think that this state is both awesome and frightening.. I once felt I was part of everything, but it also felt like a void and I was terrified. I was drawn to the water, and I was waiting at the waters edge, as if for something to happen and nothing did. I wish I had the strength to concure my own fears and I was fixated on trying to sleep because I had a job, responsibilities, and what I thought was important. I had lost all trust in everyone. Now, 10 years later, I'm still not sure I want that feeling ever again, but at least I think I trust people more now.. I'm not sure if I am even explaining this correctly and I'm really no one... Just thought I'd share. I never did talk about this before. Peace, love and butterflies! Gnetka
