In Germany woman sun-bath topless in city central parks.

In parts of Arabia married women are not allowed out of their house. Ever.
In other Arabian countries they are allowed out, but have to be
accompanied, and completely covered - including their eyes.

In some ‘uncivilized’ African tribes, no clothing of any sort is worn, and
what we call sexual embarrassment is unknown.
