it is gone from the mind. ( I like that.)
So Sabine and Kira take care of the recordings.
And they both, lovingly, ‘stay on my case.'

As I have mentioned before, it is like that about me
seeing who is Paul – I don’t really have a direct experience
of him anymore, so I am always interested when a psychic,
or a person who is able to get out of their own way shares about him.

ok, one of the first words really struck me … introspection … which made me introspect my experience of Paul Lowe … And, some other thoughts/impressions that arose from this talk for me – I did not see the documentary Paul talks of so cannot make any direct reference to that, however, my impression of Paul is he is a very exceptional person. He has truly 'lived' gone for life, lived many lives within this 'one' life. Since 20 yrs (this month is the 20th anniversary of my meeting Paul) I have lived quite close enough to his life to know enough that he really 'walks his talk'. Sometimes he might seem really 'certain' and advocate something and someone and in that moment be 'right on' and as soon as it changes, so does his perception/comments. I have experienced him 'totally' into whatever is arising, until it is no longer relevant/appropriate. This has been deeply impactful to me personally as I have had a living example of someone who simply 'goes for life' who says everything he needs/wants to say, who goes wherever he wishes to go (I recall being a part of a few of those experiences!), who shares his attractions and sexuality fully, who says his truth in the simplest and honest of moments (way too many to write about), yet they all flash before my eyes as examples over and over – especially if I try to go around my own truth! then I recall one of these moments …  

so yes, that leaves him in a really remarkable place of being able to connect, relate, tune in with 'people' -  not their 'pattern', their behavior , not their drama or theme – but who they really are, and to bring that to the point of simple clarity  of where they are so that they can relate, soften 'hear' him. I cannot in any way count the number of times of being a witness of the depths of compassion I have seen Paul in with this 'meeting' of another. Be it in a group dedicated to communication or on the street with strangers or a practical encounter like at the bank – without exception, he 'meets' the person. Over the years I have known Paul I have seen this in him refine and soften and refine more … in ways I don't truly have words for – I guess the nearest analogy would be a musician being in tune with his/her instrument in a way that it comes to the point that  it is simply always sweetly singing …

when I consider an example of an 'awake' person this is my reference, this level of 'being with' connection, which is deeply intensely personal and yet at the same time not personal  … compassionate to a level that includes practically taking care of a person physically/financially and on another level sharing such an uncompromising level of truth that may make a close relative or friend disown him. Without exception – he will 'be with what is'.

I have in the past 20 yrs met many many different people, teachers, individuals – and Paul stands out as a 'light'.

Even when I felt very confronted with what Paul has said to me personally about my own behavior, something else within me has realized and recognized that what he has said has a 'ring of truth'. Which has allowed me to 'be with' what he has shared, to let it in and therefore help my own evolution. (for which I am deeply appreciative of and grateful for)

so then I come back to something I have shared with Paul many times in the past few years – which goes something like – your work is only beginning ..

then I can (perhaps?!) gently remind Paul that we don't know what the future will be, and, that in the past years since you have stopped traveling and 'doing groups' that something else has been emerging. Aside from this IML list which has more that 2500 subscribers, you also reach more on Alan's list, plus those who we all forward or send the emails/audios onto … and… many of us who have been supported and evolved through your guidance are out in the world sharing onwards in groups or sessions – in our own way, the essence of what you have been saying – an we are all ever growing with this too.

I cannot count the number of times I read or hear 'I thought Paul was speaking directly to me' with that talk/email …

some more on the topic of 'loosing it' - a theme I think is close to the heart of many of us as one 'precept' I think many of us (myself included) have fallen into the trap of that there is somewhere / someplace to get to. When in essence as you keep pointing to is that is 'is here' all the time, and we go away from it in various way.

Personally my journey has been so much about discovering my own humanity and every time 'I loose it' I  'find' more of my own humanity and therefore also find so much more connection with both myself and others. And without exception it has kept evolving in this way. More and more depths which simply feel so rich, yummy and rewarding – including all the really 'awful' stages (after I have stopped resisting them!) So I am much more relaxed with 'loosing it' as in fact it keeps pointing me to where I 'am' which is back 'here' again …

so yes please – tell me every single time I have 'lost it, ' YAY!!!  As my predominate experience is to 'drop into' vulnerability and therefore most often another level of compassion, clarity and sensitivity … and my life keeps opening up and feeling more alive richer, fulfilled and happier …

I don’t know if this makes entire sense, yet it has flowed out of me on this Sunday evening as listened to your talks (feeling very privileged and grateful to be the 'editor', which means I get first listen … !)
