Greetings All
Had lots of loving and caring emails - direct and through IML.
Thank you loves.
The face has almost healed already, and the ribs - taking their time.
Good awareness reminder - movement equals sharp pain.
Mitchel (Hi Mitchel love) picked up on:
"If any doubt, feel - caring love, or arrogance.”
The way I experience it is, if there is any criticism or judgement
it means that same place in ourselves has not been recognised,
accepted, and thus balanced. So we project.
So often when people are judgemental about someone
I sense they have that same unbalanced place in themselves,
and are so sure it is just in the other.
So good awareness exercise - if judgemental -
look for the same issue in oneself.
Check with the body/mind/emotion system:
Contracted - same issue not dealt with in oneself, therefore
judgement/arrogance;
Expanded -taken care of, thus, Love and Caring.
Remember that quote I sent recently:
“… anything else is just an opinion.”
Most of us, most of the time, are addicted to - certainty.
We picked that up in childhood,
and now we seem to be afraid not to be sure.
From Zen:
“Not knowing is the most intimate.”
Good one to sit with - intimate - being one with.
Sometimes when I hear of someone having an accident,
my stomach ‘turns over.’ It is almost as though it has happened to me.
In some recent emails some of you mentioned that same sensation.
Empathy? Love? Seems stronger the closer we feel to someone?
Maybe we really are all connected.
Sending lots of grateful love
